Description: This project is for an evaluation of the expansion of Westside Narcotics Diversion and Treatment Initiative (WNDTI). This effort seeks to provide more supportive and less punitive interventions for individuals with opiate use disorders apprehended by the Chicago Police Department (CPD) for low-level drug-possession and selling offenses, by diverting these individuals into treatment services.
