CHARISMA Research and Evaluation

A key aim of CHARISMA is evaluating  the effects of CHARISMA on learner satisfaction, aging-related research knowledge, attitudes towards aging-related clinical research careers, and behaviors consistent with pursuing an aging-related research career.

As a part of this evaluation, CHARISMA fellows will complete pre and post surveys at the beginning and end of the program to help assess changes in students’ attitudes towards aging-related research and careers.

Information about how to access the evaluation instruments, de-identified data, and analytical files from the CHARISMA study is available at https://dataverse.harvard.edu/dataverse/CHARISMA. You may also contact the Program Director David Meltzer (dmeltzer@medicine.bsd.uchicago.edu) and Program Manager Kelsey Bogue (kbogue@bsd.uchicago.edu) with questions or requests to access program data and resources.
